Tony came to give me a free estimate to clear out several trees, large limbs laying in my drive and across my fence on Thursday and Tuesday morning he and his team were at my house getting the work done. They were super nice, quick and efficient. They even picked up the larger limbs in my yard and cleaned up behind themselves. Great price for excellent quality of work. If you need land clearing done, I can't recommend CJ Properties enough. Tony is polite, easy to work with, and most of all, Professional. He mulched 2 acres around the house and the very long, overgrown driveway quickly. He was able to get right next to the fences which made our place look amazing.

These guys exceeded all expectations. They are reliable and showed up when they said they would. Beavers did extensive damage to my pond dam. I was only expecting them to collapse tunnels, backfill, and compaction. They practically rebuilt the entire dam and cleared trees and stumps, and created a nice slope on both sides well enough to seed the entire dam. They also created a very nice pad for a pole barn. They were very reasonably priced and did amazing work. I will be using these guys in the near future to do a pad for a slab for our new house. I highly recommend CJ Properties for your dirt work needs.
